Clean hotel with very courteous and amazingly nice staff with the service of the front desk staff. Spacious bed and spotless room. Continental breakfast catered for guests.

Incredibly comfortable location close enough to downtown and the university, restaurants and other sites. Also, in BB tournament.

The room we stayed in was well priced and beautifully maintained with a pull out couch. The breakfast had plenty of selection, the food was tasty!

Our room was updated and well-maintained, available with the king sized bed, updated bathrooms, a pull out couch. The location was particularly good and magnificent, so close to Katy texas as well as hill and easily accessible.

Convenient location near freeway, many restaurants nearby. Clean and comfortable room with smoking option. Quiet and peaceful atmosphere, no noise disturbances. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Good amenities including pool and breakfast.

Great service. Early check in no problem. Clean room and restroom facilities. Spacious and well furnished but not extravagant.

Suggest that hallway carpet, in places, needs to be changed. All hallways looked cleaned and kept but carpet, in places, has outlived its utility.

Friendly staff. Close to the location of events we wanted to attend. Nice breakfast of cooked eggs, biscuits, sausage gravy, cereal, yogurt, sweet rolls or waffles.

The only way to get to the location was by turning into a gas station driveway.

Close to freeway and amenities

Insufficient hotwater, bathroom . On the surface the bathroom looked fine but on a closer look I had some concerns. The room was musty.

Booked a room with a pull out couch. The breakfast was good with plenty of dishes to choose from. I spent here 1 great day and will be back.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to a Waffle House and close to several restaurants, making it easy to find a place to eat. It is also situated very close to a busy highway, which makes it easily accessible for travelers. However, the downside is that the noise from the interstate can be heard all night, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The breakfast room was small and had limited food options.

The room was very clean, the staff was friendly, and we enjoyed the pool. Great place to stay for the money.

The breakfast was a disappointment and location was close to a high traffic off ramp and on a one way street.
